BULLETIN BOARD

MEETINGS: Board meetings are held monthly in person November through April on the first Friday of the month at 8:30 am in the Conference Room. The board meets remotely May through October as needed. General meetings for the membership are held monthly in person November through March (April if needed) on the Tuesday after the first Monday of the month at 3:30 pm in the Clubhouse.

CPI: At the February general meeting, the membership agreed to change the prospectus stating "the annual increase will be based on the July CPI index from the current year taken from the US Labor Statistics Bureau for the Southeast Information Office for All US Cities, Urban consumers" and have our attorney review and approve before finalization.

FEDERATION OF MANUFACTURED HOME OWNERS (FMO)

FMO was the impetus behind "The Florida Mobile Home Act" which is Florida Statute 723.

FMO is the primary Florida membership organization for manufactured home owners.

FMO retains legal counsel with years of history supporting the rights of manufactured home owners in Florida
